James J. Koster, M.D.
Grew up in Mesa, Arizona and graduated from the University of Arizona’s College of Medicine.  He completed his Ophthalmology residency at the University of Illinois Eye Center.  Following this, he spent a year at the University of Michigan’s Kellogg Eye Center where he completed a fellowship in cornea, external diseases and refractive surgery.
