E. Fredrick Bloemker, M.D. joined Affiliated Eye Surgeons in 1971. He graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine. He is the only doctor in Arizona that was listed as a "Top Doc" by Phoenix Magazine in seven of the last twelve years.  He was also listed in "Best Doctors in America" for the last five years.  The physicians listed in Phoenix Magazine's "Top Docs" and the "Best Doctors in America" are selected by fellow physicians.

After serving as a Flight Surgeon in the U.S. Air Force, he returned to Indiana University for his ophthalmology residency. His practice is now limited to general ophthalmology.
